"The OLIVE"

Rina personally picked every one of these olives from our secluded olive yard next to the homestead. Only 300 bottles of extra virgin olive oil were cold extracted and
specially packed for Devonair by The Olive Shed at Tokara Wine Estate. It tastes delicious.

The grapes for this exclusive Cabernet Sauvignon are harvested from a registered single vineyard. The vineyard of 3 hectares is situated on the steep north westerly slope of the Bottelary Mountain above Stellenbosch. Maturation in small French oak barrels for 12 months renders limited quantities of a unique, hand-crafted wine. After receiving a double gold Veritas award and a 4 star Platter rating for its 2000 vintage, wine production stopped for a few years. The new owners decided to continue the tradition of wine making and the 2005 "The CAB" and 2007 "The ROSe", were both released in September 2007.
